Why Interior Inspections are a vital part of Your Home Inspection

Our inspectors have your safety in mind and will be checking the interior of the home for structural integrity, signs of visible water leaks or past damage.

We will check stairs for structural integrity, proper spacing, handrails, and signs of sagging or warping. We will also check ceilings, floors, doors and any unusual signs of abnormal settling that may indicate serious structural issues. 

We will look for cracks in the all these areas which can indicate problems with the integrity of the entire house.

We will inspect the windows and doors as to whether they open and shut smoothly, and if not why not. We will check all the door and window frames to see if something is not square in the frame. This can indicate more problems with settling.
