Examining Appliances is an important aspect of your Home Inspection Package:

A home inspection includes an appliance inspection as every feature of the home that could affect the value, comfort and functionality of the home is important to have information about. 

Typically home inspections will include the following fixed appliances:

Kitchen range 

Dishwasher 

Built-in microwave 

Food garbage removal 

Range hood 

Keep in mind, although we can give you an idea of the general functionality of appliances, we are not appliance repair or experts therefore we can give you a basic understanding of how each one is working however we may not be able to diagnose or spot issues that may involve more than just a basic test.
