Electrical Inspection is an important part of your Home Inspection Package

During the home inspection, our inspectors will check for signs of frayed and damaged wires, we will look at outside components such as the junction box, the connections where the cable is coming into the house and the way the cable is mounted etc.

Inside the home, the electrical panel will be examined for signs of fire hazards, exposed wires or improperly installed fixtures and other electrical work. 

We will inspect the receptacles, light switches as well as the smoke detectors. We will check whether the house is properly ground, and for we will also look at the ground fault circuit interrupters. 

We will also look for past possible faulty electrical repairs and installs and note any found on the report.
